Empty Nester Modern

Our design directive for this client was to create a warm and inviting home for living, entertaining and celebrating family, friends and co-workers. The home needed to absorb dozens of guests on the main level, provide a secondary kitchen, work-space and a most wonderful porch. Our empty nester clients also asked for the second floor to include an office/ overflow guest room, exercise room, laundry space and a master suite with a rooftop patio. The lower level was to accommodate overnight guests and a large media room.
The end result is a home which is perfect for two people or twenty.
