We wanted to create a more vibrant, eclectic, and fun space to gather for this building’s common areas. We started by transforming the all-interior block finish with porcelain sheeting, making the whole area feel lighter, brighter, and more finished. We added fun and beauty with custom murals from MCAD artists. Bright light interiors combined with a rooftop patio and a garage space with 20-foot ceilings make this a feel-good place to go.
